This picture is a depiction of Kever Rachel. The tomb of Rachel Imeinu is found in the city of Beit Lechem, South of Jerusalem. Rachels tomb is the symbol of Jewish people's hopes and dreams to return to the land of Israel. ''ירמיהו 31)  קול ברמה נשמע רחל מבכה על בניה)''. The Midrash explains that the reason Yaakov buried Rachel on the way to Jerusalem was so that  she could beseech G-d on behalf of her children to redeem the Jewish people so that they can return from their long exile to the land of Israel.
